    charming hotel
    expertly prepared breakfasts
    historical significance

The Victorian Bed & Breakfast Of Staten Island is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with the host offering innovative and expertly prepared breakfasts each morning. The home's classic charm and historical significance, being once visited by figures like Edward G. Robinson and Bugsy Siegel, enhanced the experience of my stay.

The setting is stunning and easy, right by Central Station, a lovely, peaceful tree-lined avenue with the S40 bus stop to the ferry terminal at the bottom of the street and the Statue of Liberty. Also, it's next to Waves Indoor Waterpark.

I had very good days staying at this antique hotel. Clean, GREAT value venue, its location was convenient and absolutely perfect and next to the ferry, Manhattan, and New York JFK airport. My queen room was available with a seating area and iron/ironing board.

Didn't like the area, it was scary.

The breakfast here was amazing! Each morning offered a good variety, and it was like home. The only downside was climbing the stairs with luggage. Packing light is a must 😊

    abundant breakfast

    crowded kitchen

Delicious and abundant breakfast every morning.

I regrettably didn't think to ask the host for grounded adaptors, made charging my devices inconvenient. The shared kitchen was challenging to navigate with other guests during peak hours, and it added to the feeling of overcrowding at times.

    Breakfast that Feels Like Home

Woke up every morning to a good spread of fresh croissants, eggs, and yogurt. Danuta's cute nature fostered a lovely atmosphere, perfect for mingling with other guests.

The third-floor room involved climbing steep steps. Packing light is essential, especially for longer stays. If you like to cook, be aware that you might need grounded adaptors for your tech.

    spacious room
    good breakfasts
    lack of grounded outlets
    steep stairs
    inconvenient access

The Queen Room with Kitchen was spacious, and the highlight was definitely the beautifully prepared breakfasts with good Greek traditional products. The lack of grounded outlets in the room created inconvenience for charging devices. Accessing the upper floors required climbing steep stairs, made managing luggage a bit challenging, especially after a long day exploring. Despite these minor issues, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the neighborhood was very quiet, contributing to a restful experience.
